Our Patient Participation group plays a key role in the development of your surgery and it meets three times a year. We will be choosing topics, looking at agreed audits, advertising results, minutes of our meetings and discussing patient complaints and suggestions.

We hope to improve communication and promote good health.

I attend all meetings and bring in different members of the team including reception staff, nurses, admin team, doctors and of course, most important of all, patient representatives.
